Join Boston Scientific's dynamic Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mid Senior) in Penang. In this strategic role, you'll be the architect of our talent pipeline, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to decode recruitment needs and anticipate future talent requirements. You'll drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber professionals who align with our mission to improve patients' lives. - Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBP to define recruitment strategies and business-specific talent needs
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to benchmark compensation and optimize talent attraction tactics
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline
- Collaborate with HR to enhance candidate experience and employer branding
- Track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with focus on mid-senior roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing technical and healthcare professionals
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Experience in medical device or regulated industry highly desirable
