In this mid-shift role, you'll leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies to source capable candidates efficiently and place new hires in a timely manner to fill human resource needs. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers will be essential to our success.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes to determine candidate qualifications and fit for available positions
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes and outcomes
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and interview processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
