Tanggung Jawab
- Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes to determine candidate qualifications and fit for available positions
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes and outcomes
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and interview processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
