Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies focusing on partner relations and industry networks
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and recruitment partners
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and candidate profiles
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for efficiency and effectiveness
- Enhance employer brand through targeted outreach and candidate engagement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with proven partner relations focus
- Strong proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of local talent market dynamics in Yogyakarta region
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks within target industries
- Results-oriented mindset with track record of meeting recruitment targets
- Experience in digital or tech industry recruitment highly preferred
