Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute administrative duties within the Recruiting Department to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
  • Assist in full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, and prepare interview materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement creative sourcing strategies and strengthen our employer branding initiatives.
  • Perform market research to identify potential talent pools and stay updated on industry recruitment trends.
  • Support onboarding activities and provide necessary documentation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a BPO or corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and various sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle high-volume work.
  • A proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in building relationships with candidates.
