In this role, you will be the driving force behind our human capital strategy, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure we attract and retain top-tier industry talent.
As a key member of our HR department, you will manage high-volume hiring initiatives, streamline our selection process, and partner with department heads to understand their specific hiring needs. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels in candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job analysis and posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Proactively source high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and competency-based interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future project requirements.
- Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and selection criteria.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and local labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
