- Source and engage passive candidates through niche tech channels (GitHub, Stack Overflow, specialized forums)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill tech roles
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with precision
- Build and maintain relationships with tech communities and industry partners
- Optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's labor regulations and diversity initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with specialization in tech/IT sector
- Proven track record of placing candidates in software engineering, DevOps, or data roles
- Expertise in technical interview methodologies and assessment tools
- Strong understanding of Singapore's tech talent landscape and compensation trends
- Certified in recruitment technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
