- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet staffing targets across all organizational levels
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Prepare and post job descriptions, update recruitment tracking systems, and maintain accurate records
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Veda's reputation as an employer of choice
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to identify and attract top talent in a competitive market
