Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to screening and final offer negotiation.
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet aggressive client headcount requirements within strict timelines.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial phone screens and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability for BPO roles.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular reporting on hiring progress, market trends, and sourcing effectiveness to leadership.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and professional support throughout the selection process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the BPO industry.
- Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and headhunting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to team goals.
