Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide clear communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job descriptions.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience that reflects the Qualfon brand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in volume hiring and recruitment, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
