You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our frontline heroes, including Baristas and Store Managers, playing a vital role in our brand's continued expansion and operational success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding for operational roles.
- Partner with Operations Managers to understand headcount requirements and maintain optimal staffing levels for store locations.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for Barista and Store Manager positions.
- Conduct professional interviews and assessments to ensure candidate alignment with company culture and operational standards.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring all candidate tracking and documentation are accurate and compliant.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill for critical operational roles.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports to track KPIs such as applicant flow, hiring conversion rates, and turnover metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Retail or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and modern sourcing channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
