You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage job postings across various job boards and the company’s career page to ensure maximum visibility.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
