Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in talent acquisition with 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
