- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored specifically to the logistics industry.
- Oversee the end-to-end hiring process for key operational positions to meet business demands.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with department heads to understand workforce needs and talent gaps.
- Implement and monitor recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
- Enhance the company's employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and company HR policies throughout the hiring process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong experience in hiring within the logistics, transport, or warehousing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, recruitment compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
