Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of recruiters across Singapore, China, and Taiwan to meet ambitious hiring targets.
- Develop and implement regional talent acquisition strategies that align with business growth objectives.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and efficient time-to-fill metrics.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to provide actionable insights for process improvement to senior management.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to position Salcomp as an employer of choice in our key markets.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all operational territories.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Proven experience managing regional recruitment workflows, specifically within Singapore, China, and Taiwan.
- Strong understanding of labor markets in the APAC region and proficiency in cross-cultural team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics platforms.
- Ability to travel occasionally to satellite offices as required.
