Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to drive performance, engagement, and professional development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and sourcing channels to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring high-quality hires and timely placements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand talent requirements and build long-term relationships.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to expand talent pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management capacity.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to work in an Office-Based (WFO) setting.
