Are you a strategic Talent Acquisition professional seeking to lead high-impact recruitment initiatives? Private Advertiser is looking for a dedicated Talent Agent / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, conducting rigorous screenings, and coordinating comprehensive interview processes. We need someone who can not only fill positions efficiently but also enhance our employer brand by providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define talent requirements, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to drive organizational growth. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment in Kemayoran, Jakarta Raya, shaping the future workforce of Private Advertiser.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, success criteria, and interview panels.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Enhance the company’s employer brand through active engagement on social media and professional networks.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding transition to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment methodologies and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
