- Coordinate employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost morale and retention
- Manage client experience strategies and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement
- Facilitate talent development programs including onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement performance management systems
- Handle employee relations inquiries and resolve issues during night shift operations
- Analyze engagement metrics and client satisfaction data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and candidate communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in talent management or client-facing roles
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in night shift environment
- Proven problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
