Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for key positions across departments
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and interviews aligned with competency frameworks
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and develop role specifications
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS tools and data-driven decision making
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in professional services
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with hiring leaders
- Proficiency in recruitment software (ATS) and HR analytics tools
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and industry compensation trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
