Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal engagement programs, team-building activities, and company-wide cultural events.
- Support the development of engaging internal communication materials, including newsletters, social media content, and intranet updates.
- Gather and analyze feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups to identify opportunities for culture improvement.
- Collaborate with the talent team to design initiatives that enhance the employee onboarding experience and long-term retention.
- Help maintain and optimize our employer brand presence across digital platforms.
- Coordinate logistical aspects for cultural activations, workshops, and recognition programs.
- Assist in drafting reports and presentations regarding engagement metrics and key performance indicators.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong passion for organizational culture, employee engagement, and creative storytelling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is considered a strong advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn and contribute to HR operational excellence.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
