Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment operations workflow, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance within the ATS.
- Collaborate with global hiring managers to streamline interview scheduling, candidate assessments, and onboarding hand-offs.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvement.
- Ensure seamless communication between internal HR teams and external stakeholders in various time zones.
- Oversee the maintenance and integrity of talent databases, ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Support the implementation of new HR software tools and training materials to improve team efficiency.
- Provide operational support for complex talent acquisition projects, ensuring all deliverables meet specified deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Shared Services.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, night-shift environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel/Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
