Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and job boards
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local labor regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment
