Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and job boards
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local labor regulations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment
