Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial and operational audits for diverse clients across various industries
- Identify and assess business risks, providing recommendations for risk mitigation and internal control improvements
- Deliver high-quality audit reports and presentations to clients and senior management
- Provide business advisory services including process optimization, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with professional standards
- Lead audit engagements and supervise team members to ensure quality delivery and timely completion
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing and business advisory
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in external auditing, internal auditing, or business advisory (depending on level)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
