In this role, you will be the backbone of our high-volume BPO hiring operations, playing a critical role in identifying, engaging, and pipelining top-tier talent to support our fast-paced business environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets for various BPO positions.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for frequently filled roles.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and role profiles.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular updates on sourcing metrics and pipeline health to the recruitment management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of high-volume hiring and recruitment best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital sourcing tools for recruitment.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
