In this internship, you will be instrumental in supporting our end‑to‑end recruitment operations. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records in our HRIS. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Source and identify potential candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
- Screen and assess resumes and applications to match role requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data and documentation in the HRIS system.
- Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and internal talent programs.
- Assist with reporting and analysis of recruitment metrics when required.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
