Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions within the APAC region.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media platforms and job boards, to identify passive and active candidates.
- Screen and assess applicants to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of the role.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Manage candidate relationships through the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze sourcing metrics and adjust strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR generalist roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment practices in the Philippines (APAC region).
