As a key player in our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting passive candidates. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions within the APAC region.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media platforms and job boards, to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Screen and assess applicants to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of the role.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Manage candidate relationships through the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and adjust strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR generalist roles (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment practices in the Philippines (APAC region).
