Join Pengiklan Anonim as a Tanker Crew Recruitment Supervisor and lead our maritime talent acquisition strategy in Jakarta Raya. This pivotal role demands expertise in sourcing, vetting, and onboarding qualified tanker crews while ensuring strict adherence to STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) regulations. You'll be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence by building a compliant, skilled workforce for our tanker fleet operations.
As a key member of our HR team, you'll develop innovative recruitment pipelines, conduct thorough candidate assessments, and coordinate with maritime authorities to validate certifications. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes while fostering strong relationships with industry stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for tanker crew positions including sourcing, screening, and selection
- Ensure all crew candidates meet STCW compliance and maritime safety standards
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for deck/engine officers and ratings
- Manage recruitment KPIs and optimize talent acquisition workflows
- Coordinate with maritime training institutions to establish talent pipelines
- Conduct competency-based interviews and skills assessments
- Maintain compliance with international maritime labor regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, HR Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience with 2+ years in maritime sector
- Deep understanding of STCW, SOLAS, and IMO regulations
- Proven track record in crew management and seafarer placement
- Strong knowledge of tanker vessel operations and crew requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment software
- Certification in maritime HR or crew management preferred
