Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect high-potential e-commerce brands and creators for partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage end-to-end partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand our network within the MCN (Multi-Channel Network) ecosystem.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize conversion and ROI.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, platform policies (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.), and industry developments.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach progress, lead generation, and partnership acquisition success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MCN, influencer marketing, or e-commerce partnership management.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Affiliate Program (TAP) and general MCN operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a consistent pipeline.
- High proficiency in digital tools, CRM, and social media analytics platforms.
- Ability to adapt to an 08:00 – 17:00 work schedule with a commitment to company productivity standards.
