Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Conduct tax research and provide strategic tax planning advice to minimize liabilities
- Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities (Directorate General of Taxes)
- Maintain accurate tax documentation and ensure proper record-keeping systems
- Analyze financial data to identify tax optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with finance team on tax-related financial reporting
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and advise on regulatory impacts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (CPA certification preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tax accounting within Indonesia
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, PPH 21/23)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
