Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports.
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including PPh and PPN filings and audits.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify risks and improve controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Tax & Accounting Controller role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a flexible environment.
