- Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and general ledgers
- Conduct tax planning to optimize company financial position
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Analyze financial data for reporting and decision-making support
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Perform internal audits and financial control assessments
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and accounting practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in tax or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and SAP/Oracle systems
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, AK, or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
