PT Putra Buana Karyatama is a growing industry leader currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tax Accounting Specialist to join our finance team in Jakarta. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing our tax reporting processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and demonstrate exceptional precision in data management. You will work closely with our accounting department to support financial reporting and tax planning, ensuring that our operations remain efficient and audit-ready.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) accurately and on time.
- Reconcile tax accounts and ensure all financial transactions comply with current Indonesian tax regulations.
- Manage E-Faktur and E-Bupot systems effectively to ensure compliance with government digital reporting requirements.
- Monitor and update knowledge regarding tax regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments in company procedures.
- Assist during internal and external tax audits by preparing required documentation and providing supporting evidence.
- Maintain well-organized tax documentation and files for historical reference and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper tax documentation for vendors and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Tax Accounting or a similar role.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian Taxation laws and general accounting principles (PSAK).
- Proficiency in E-Faktur, E-Bupot, and professional accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Hold a Brevet A and B certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
