Join GMS Church's finance team as a Tax Accounting Specialist and play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and regulatory compliance. In this position, you'll be responsible for meticulously verifying and processing tax-related documents, ensuring all financial records meet Indonesian tax regulations. You'll manage document administration systems, maintain organized indexing protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline tax reporting processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and validate tax compliance documents for accuracy and completeness
- Administer and maintain organized indexing systems for financial records
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly tax returns to regulatory authorities
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to tax regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during tax examinations and provide necessary documentation
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and update compliance procedures accordingly
- Assist in developing tax-saving strategies while maintaining compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tax accounting or compliance
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPH 21)
- Advanced skills in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in tax accounting (Brevet A/B) preferred
- Strong attention to detail with document verification capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills for document administration
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for documentation
