Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns for corporate and individual clients
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and government requirements
- Conduct tax research and maintain updated knowledge on tax legislation changes
- Assist in tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes
- Prepare supporting documentation for tax audits and inquiries
- Collaborate with finance teams on reconciliations and financial reporting
- Maintain organized tax records and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
- 1-3 years of experience in tax accounting or similar role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
