We are a leading electronics manufacturing company located in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi, West Java. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Accounting Supervisor to oversee our tax compliance and strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company's tax obligations, leading a dedicated tax team, and ensuring full adherence to Indonesian tax regulations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in our finance department, ensuring that all tax filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with current laws. You will also be involved in tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position and coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee Tax Compliance: Lead the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, including VAT (PPN) and Withholding Tax (PPh).
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and supervise the tax accounting team to ensure high productivity and accuracy in daily operations.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant Indonesian tax laws, Minister of Finance regulations, and local government requirements.
- Tax Audits: Serve as the primary point of contact during internal and external tax audits, coordinating with auditors and preparing necessary documentation.
- Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring full legal compliance.
- System Management: Oversee the maintenance of tax records within the company’s ERP system and ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (UU HPP, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
