PT Gandum Indonesia Bergizi is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax & Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer to join our dynamic finance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT and PPh reporting.
- Manage the end-to-end customer invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee accounts receivable collections, following up on outstanding payments and maintaining a healthy cash flow.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to verify transaction records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Tax and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting software).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills for customer interactions.
