In this pivotal role, you will work on complex Australian tax advisory matters, ranging from standard Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance to intricate Initial Public Offering (IPO) structuring. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive Australian tax advisory services, including GST calculations, BAS preparation, and tax return reviews.
- Assist in structuring financial transactions and IPO processes for multinational clients to ensure compliance and optimize tax efficiency.
- Prepare and review complex tax documentation, including financial statements and tax schedules.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and project teams to deliver high-impact solutions for diverse client portfolios.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international tax regulations and filing deadlines.
- Communicate complex tax concepts and regulatory changes clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous professional development and internal training programs to stay abreast of tax law updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (CPA, CA, or MBA qualified preferred).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Tax Advisory, specifically within the Australian market.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian Taxation laws, including GST, Company Tax, and withholding tax.
- Experience working in a 'Big Four' or top-tier accounting firm environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
