Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and journal entries
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and supporting documentation
- Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and analysis
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation systems
- Coordinate with auditors during financial examinations
- Monitor tax legislation changes and implement necessary adjustments
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in tax and accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Brevet A/B certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
