Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Manage financial records, general ledger entries, and month-end closing procedures
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and tax audits
- Implement accounting best practices and process improvements
- Handle payroll processing and associated tax withholdings
- Monitor tax legislation changes and update accounting procedures accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tax compliance and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, and local taxes)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems)
- Certification in tax accounting (Brevet A/B) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
