Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts for a portfolio of clients to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and file statutory tax returns (income tax, GST/SST) in compliance with local regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable management, and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Liaise with the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) and other government agencies regarding tax assessments.
- Provide professional advisory support to clients on tax planning and accounting best practices.
- Maintain organized and secure digital/physical records for audit trails.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/MICPA partially completed).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting firm or tax consultancy environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Tax Laws and Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or cloud-based platforms like Xero/Quickbooks).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Strong command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
