Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring efficient processing of all vendor payments and expenses
- Oversee general accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure 100% compliance with Philippine tax regulations including VAT, income tax, and other relevant taxes
- Implement and optimize accounting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory documents in a timely manner
- Conduct regular internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards that may impact the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and accounting standards
- Proven experience in leading and developing accounting teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
