Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual corporate tax returns (PPh, PPN, etc.) accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of tax data and financial reports to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Manage fixed asset administration, including tagging, documentation, and maintenance of the asset register.
- Perform periodic physical asset audits and ensure alignment with the accounting system.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding tax audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to tax and asset depreciation.
- Stay updated with the latest Indonesian tax laws and implement necessary changes in company processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Tax or Asset Management (fresh graduates with a strong internship background are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (KUP, PPh, PPN) is mandatory.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is a significant advantage.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Willing to be based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
