In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the company's tax compliance and financial accuracy. You will work closely with the Tax Manager to handle tax filings, reconcile accounts, and prepare essential tax documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly and annual income tax returns (BIR) and other regulatory tax filings.
- Reconcile tax accounts, including VAT, Withholding Tax, and EWT, and prepare supporting schedules.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax filing systems and physical/digital records.
- Assist in the coordination with external auditors and tax consultants during audit periods.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly tax reconciliation reports for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to local tax laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform general accounting support tasks, such as data entry and bank reconciliations, as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Taxation, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Tax Assistant or in a similar accounting role.
- Familiarity with BIR rules, regulations, and tax filing procedures is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
