Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end implementation and configuration of e-Invoicing systems to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly tax computations, including Sales and Service Tax (SST).
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and tax consultants to address inquiries and ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of invoices and tax records to identify discrepancies and prevent compliance risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax documentation and filing schedules.
- Support the finance team in preparing tax-related reports and reconciliations.
- Stay updated on changes in Malaysian tax laws and e-Invoicing regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in tax compliance, corporate tax, or e-Invoicing.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tax regulations, specifically SST and e-Invoicing mandates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to manipulate large datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders and authorities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
