- Prepare and process tax documentation for employee payroll compliance
- Conduct thorough verifications of employee credentials and financial records
- Assist in end-to-end payroll processing including deductions and contributions
- Support employee deployment through documentation coordination
- Conduct preliminary interviews for tax and payroll-related positions
- Maintain accurate financial records and tax compliance documentation
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure timely payroll distribution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in tax preparation or payroll processing
- Proficiency in Philippine tax regulations and BIR compliance
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
