In this role, you will be at the heart of our fiscal operations, gaining invaluable exposure to end-to-end tax compliance processes. You will work closely with our experienced tax team to ensure that all financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with current BIR regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR tax returns (VAT, EWT, Income Tax, etc.).
- Maintain and organize tax records, schedules, and supporting documents for audit readiness.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather data required for tax compliance reporting.
- Monitor updates on tax laws and BIR issuances to ensure company-wide adherence.
- Assist in the reconciliation of tax accounts against financial statements.
- Support the tax team during external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Participate in special projects related to tax planning and process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience in tax or accounting is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and BIR regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
