We are currently seeking a proactive and technically proficient Tax Compliance Manager (Mid Shift) to lead our Philippine tax compliance and reporting functions in Bonifacio Global City.
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure full adherence to the National Internal Revenue Code, local government regulations, and global financial reporting standards. You will manage a dedicated tax team, oversee all BIR and LGU compliance, handle complex tax audits, and provide strategic advice on business transactions and tax planning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Philippine tax compliance process, including preparation and filing of all BIR returns (income tax, VAT, withholding tax) and ensuring timely remittances.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax analysts, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee LGU compliance, including business permit renewals and real property tax payments across multiple locations.
- Coordinate all BIR tax audits, assessments, and inquiries, effectively liaising with tax authorities to resolve issues.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax provisions and disclosures in accordance with PFRS/IFRS.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company, providing strategic recommendations to management.
- Drive tax process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Support ad-hoc tax advisory projects, including cross-border transactions, transfer pricing documentation, and tax structuring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in corporate tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine National Internal Revenue Code, BIR regulations, and LGU tax compliance procedures.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex BIR tax audits and assessments.
- Strong experience with SAP ERP (FI module) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work on a mid-shift schedule (e.g., 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) in Bonifacio Global City.
