Foundever is seeking a Tax Compliance & Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic finance team in Ortigas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our organizational integrity by managing end-to-end tax compliance, statutory filings, and audit readiness.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (VAT, EWT, Income Tax, etc.).
- Ensure 100% compliance with BIR regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and government regulatory agencies during tax assessments.
- Prepare comprehensive tax reports and reconciliations for management review.
- Monitor and implement updates regarding changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure corporate compliance.
- Assist in the documentation and improvement of internal tax processes and controls.
- Handle tax-related inquiries and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in tax compliance, reporting, or audit within a corporate or BPO environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR reporting systems, and electronic filing platforms (eBIRForms, EFPS).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict statutory deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
