Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee preparation and timely submission of all tax returns and compliance reports
- Ensure adherence to BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage tax audits and inquiries from government authorities
- Supervise and develop tax compliance team members
- Review financial statements for tax implications and accuracy
- Implement and maintain tax compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor legislative changes and update compliance strategies
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license preferred with 5+ years tax compliance experience
- 3+ years supervisory experience in tax operations
- Deep knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations
- Experience in hospitality or tourism industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
