Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily tax operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Lead tax filing processes for corporate income, VAT, and other relevant taxes
- Conduct tax research and advise on legislative changes affecting business operations
- Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities during inspections
- Prepare comprehensive tax reports and financial statements for management review
- Mentor and develop tax team members through training and performance evaluation
- Optimize tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities while maintaining compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of tax experience with supervisory exposure
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, PPH 21/26)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Experience with tax software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B) highly preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
