Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily tax operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance on complex tax matters
- Prepare and review tax returns, VAT filings, and other mandatory tax submissions
- Monitor legislative changes and advise on tax implications for business operations
- Conduct internal tax audits and resolve compliance issues with authorities
- Develop tax-saving strategies while maintaining regulatory adherence
- Maintain accurate tax documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of tax accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, PPnBM) and regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership experience managing tax teams of 3+ professionals
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
